We are planning a corporate event for 400 guests. Is that a fit?

Yes. Galas, summer parties, product launches and trade fair after-parties are a large part of my year, from Telekom and Deutsche Bahn to Borussia Dortmund. 400 guests is a normal night: quiet over dinner, tight on timing, loud when the moment calls for it.

What does a DJ cost for a corporate event or trade fair?

It depends on set length, location, tech and whether live musicians are involved. Send me the date, venue and format and you get a reply within 24 hours, followed shortly by a proper quote rather than an off-the-shelf price list.

What do you bring, and what do we need to provide?

I play through your event production or bring my own setup. With a technical supplier involved, I coordinate desk, signal path and soundcheck directly with the team. GEMA registration (German music licensing) is the organiser's responsibility. I provide the details you need for it.

How does coordination work before the event: timing, music, speeches?

A briefing call two to four weeks out: running order, speeches, musical direction, no-gos, who to call on site. After that you get a timing plan everyone can work from, and one that still breathes on the night.

What happens if the tech fails or you fall ill?

We cover this in the briefing: backup equipment and a contingency plan are part of every corporate event for me. You know before the event what happens if something happens.

Do you play outside Germany?

Yes, worldwide. Dubrovnik, Mallorca, Bangkok, Las Vegas. I sort travel, setup and the tech coordination on site. Travel costs are listed clearly in the quote.
