A trade fair booth has two operating modes. During the day the music is a backdrop: a lounge level that sets the booth apart from the hall without disturbing a single sales conversation. In the evening, when the hall closes or the exhibitor evening begins, the booth turns into a booth party, and then it is allowed to be heard.

The fair's volume regulations and the neighbouring stands are part of the briefing. Setup the day before according to the stand construction schedule, coordinated with the stand builder and the fair's technical team. Exhibitor pass and access run through your exhibitor registration.
Lounge level by day, booth party by night. On every booked day I am at the booth before the hall opens.
I play through your event production or bring my own setup. At the booth that usually means a compact DJ setup that fits into the stand construction, plus a sound system aimed at the booth area rather than into the hall. Power, position and sightlines I coordinate with the stand builder, the sound system with the fair's technical team or your technical supplier.
For the booth party, live musicians can be added on request: saxophone or percussion over the DJ set. That works on a few square metres as well and draws the neighbouring stands over to yours. We cover contingency in the briefing: backup equipment and a fallback plan are part of every corporate event for me.
Three factors determine the price. Duration, meaning how many fair days and how many hours per day, at the booth during the day or only in the evening for the booth party. Travel: Düsseldorf, Cologne and Essen are around the corner, Hanover, Frankfurt or Munich mean an overnight stay. And live musicians and equipment, depending on what the booth already has.
